Options
Plastic cards offer the largest range of possible options.
The following list provides an overview:
Barcode
We can produce any barcode type you need (EAN, Codabar, Code39, ITF, etc.).
You can also choose to show or hide the numbers under the barcode.
QR Code
QR codes are a popular way to transfer information to cards. You can either use one QR code for all cards or design each QR code individually (personalized).
CHIP (RFID)
We also offer cards with an RFID or NFC chip, which enables information to be stored and managed.
You can choose from all commercially available chips (e.g. MIFARE Classic 1k, NTAG213, ICODE SLIX etc.)
Hot Stamp
With hot stamping, a coloured foil is glued to the surface of the card at high temperatures. This creates a glitter effect that cannot be achieved with a normal printing process. Hot stamping is ideal for highlighting logos and signs.
Hologram
To protect yourself from counterfeits and stand out from others, we offer you holograms.
A hologram seal (common on bank cards) is applied under the lamination of a PVC card (no wear).
You can design the hologram seal yourself using a logo, graphic or text. Your individual design makes the hologram seal impossible to counterfeit. This ensures the authenticity of the card.
The hologram seals are individually glued to the cards by hand. We endeavor to keep the resulting inaccuracy as low as possible.
Holes to be punched
By punching a hole into the card you can pull a strap through the card. The punched cards can be used for day passes, seminar cards, ID cards, etc.
Magnetic Stripe
A magnetic strip makes it possible to store and manage data on the card. The magnetic tape is integrated directly into the card. We offer two standard widths: 12.8 mm and 8.4 mm. The position of the magnetic tape on the card can be chosen, but it must be at least 4-6 mm away from the top edge of the card.
Data storage: We can also encode your plastic cards straight away (i.e. we load the information you want directly onto the magnetic strips).
Matt Cards with “sandwash” effect
A special surface coating is applied here, which we call “Sandwash”. The plastic card is more scratch-resistant, fingerprints are less visible and the appearance is elegant. The “sandwash” effect can be created on one or both sides.
Personalization
We can personalize your cards, i.e. print them with your name, date of birth, function, personnel number and much more. You can send us the information in an Excel list.
Individual photos can also be printed. This provides you with ready-to-use student, member or employee ID cards.
We offer 3 methods of personalization: printing, laser and embossing.
When printing, the customer can choose any font and font size in black.
With the laser process, the font is mandatory Arial, the font size can be chosen. With this process, the colours orange, gold or dark grey can be selected.

You can also personalize the plastic cards pre-printed by us with the names of the employees using a small card printer.
Embossing
We offer you the opportunity to personalize your card with an individual embossing. You can choose from two fonts that correspond to common credit cards:
Large: This font is suitable for numbers and is the same size as the 16-digit credit card number (13pt).
Small: This font is suitable for uppercase letters, numbers and special characters and is the same size as the name and expiration date on the credit card (11pt).
You can also choose the color of the embossing from four options: gold, silver, black, or colorless (i.e. the embossing is the same color as the card’s background).
Scratch Panel
A scratch panel is a practical way to protect confidential information. It consists of a special silver coating that is placed over the text or numbers to be hidden. You can use a coin or other object to scratch off the coating, revealing the information. The scratch field can be designed in different sizes and shapes, depending on the needs and wishes of the customer.
Signature Field and other Handwritten Fields
We have two options for handwriting / signature fields: white and transparent.
The white handwriting field is clearly visible and is often used for membership cards.
The transparent handwriting field, on the other hand, is not visible.
You can also set an entire card page as a handwriting field so that the entire card page can be written on by hand (e.g. for dentist appointment cards).
Special shapes, sizes and thicknesses
We offer you individual solutions for your card projects. Whether you need special shapes, sizes or thicknesses, we can create a tailor-made offer for you. Whether you are planning signage and display boards, admission tickets or other applications, we have the right card for you.
Plastic cards don’t always have to be rectangular. We offer you the opportunity to design cards in various special shapes, e.g. as stars, circles or other figures. These cards are a real eye-catcher and ensure that you leave a lasting impression on your customers. Transparent Cards
You can achieve creative effects with a transparent card.
The cards are available in “clear” and “frosted” versions and you can choose between a glossy or matte finish.
You also have the option of leaving one side of the card transparent and printing the other side normally (screen printing).
UV Watermark
UV watermarks are an effective way to protect your cards from counterfeiting. They are made of a special ink that is almost invisible under normal or fluorescent light, but glows under UV (ultraviolet) light.
Blank Cards
Our PVC blank cards are ideal for our customers to print themselves. We also offer white RFID or NFC blank cards that can be printed. Contact us for an offer.
Coloured Cards
In addition to printing on white base cards, you can also order cards from us in various other colors such as black, red, yellow, pink, etc.
A special feature of these cards is that the edge of the map does not remain white, but rather retains the color of the base cards (even after printing).
