Hosting Service

ifPrint manages the hosting of your digital business card, ensuring your NFC cards are ready for immediate use.
Hosting Service

With ifPrint, sharing your contact information securely and effortlessly is a breeze. Opt for our hosting service and we’ll create a digital business card (vCard) for you, containing essential details such as your name, phone number, and email address. This vCard is securely stored in our ifPrint database, protected with 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). We then associate your NFC card’s chip with the digital vCard, enabling you to scan your NFC card with a smartphone at any time. With just a single click, your contact details are automatically transferred to the smartphone’s address book.

Should your data change, there’s no need for concern. Simply send us an email with the updated information, and we’ll promptly revise your vCard in the ifPrint database. Your NFC cards will automatically reflect the new data, requiring no action on your part. ifPrint provides a smart solution for digital business cards.

By opting for hosting, you enjoy the following benefits:
  • We securely store your digital business card (vCard), complete with your contact details, in our ifPrint database.
  • We connect the NFC chip to our database, ensuring your NFC cards are ready for immediate use.
  • We handle the management and updates of your address details (name, phone number, email address, etc.). All it takes is an email from you.

We link the NFC chip to the ifPrint database so that your digital business card can be displayed and saved on any smartphone.
Thus, your NFC cards are immediately ready for use.

Self-Hosting on Your Server

You have the option to store your vCard on your own server or a cloud service like Dropbox. Following this, you can write the URL link onto the NFC card chip. This process is simple, and you’ll find comprehensive instructions in the accompanying PDFs.

For optimal compatibility of digital business cards across all smartphone devices, we suggest our customers store a single URL link on the NFC chip, which can be done using a complimentary app like “NFC Tools”. Directly storing a digital business card (vCard) on the NFC chip is not recommended, as iPhones necessitate an app for this purpose.

Should you choose to purchase our NFC cards without opting for our hosting service, you have the flexibility to store your digital business card (vCard) in a database of your choice or a cloud service such as Dropbox. You can then transfer the URL link to the NFC card chip independently. This process is straightforward, and the steps are elaborated in detail in the accompanying PDFs.
